About us

Seed was founded in 2016 by Dan Reed, a philanthropy executive. He has helped organizations raise over $50 million collectively over the past 15 years. He founded Seed as a community of professional fundraisers dedicated to making the social sector more generous, focused, and redemptive in its approach to philanthropy.

Seed is led by its CEO, Isaac Ezell, who spent 8 years coaching with Seed and 13 years helping HOPE International grow from $6MM to $35MM in annual revenue and personally raising more than $20MM from HOPE’s generous donors. Seed exists to catalyze the outsized influence of best-in-class coaches. We are obsessed with the success of the coach so that they can be obsessed with the success of our clients.
