About us

Seed was founded in 2016 by Dan Reed (left), a philanthropy executive. He has helped organizations raise over $50 million collectively over the past 15 years. He founded Seed as a community of professional fundraisers dedicated to making the social sector more generous, focused, and redemptive in its approach to philanthropy.

Seed is led by its CEO, Isaac Ezell (right), who has spent 8+ years coaching with Seed and 13 years helping HOPE International grow from $6MM to $35MM in annual revenue and personally raising more than $20MM.

Seed exists to catalyze the outsized influence of best-in-class coaches. We are obsessed with the success of the coach so that they can be obsessed with the success of our clients.
